Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy

 Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy combines restorative yoga poses with dialogue and touch in order to help you become aware of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally in the moment. No yoga experience or level of fitness or flexibility is required. A pose can be as simple as you lying on your back while Jenilee lifts your leg an inch off the ground or as complicated as a supported shoulder stand.  For more information, please read this article.
